Painting outside on location can be one of the most inspiring activities for creative people. Observing nature, the shadows cast by objects in the summer sun, and a cool breeze through your hair.

Artists who appreciate Plein Art Artwork know that it is so much more than just the painting, it's the whole experience.

Join Artists Faro Morris and Sophie Yun Lee on a day long creative journey through Port Gamble in quest for beautiful paintings using gouache (or the paint of your choice).

Faro Morris and Sophie Yun Lee are Illustrators & Designers from Tacoma, WA who specialize in plein air with gouache. After meeting at Northwest College of Art & Design, they bonded over their love of painting and made a habit of painting plein air weekly. They look forward to sharing this wonderful experience with their students.
