Artist Derek Gundy will guide you through building a successful painting using the beautiful transparency of watercolor. Students will learn how to bring different architectural elements together and understand how light and shadow affect them.

About Derek Gundy

Derek has worked in art education for much of his career and teaches Drawing, Figure Drawing, Watercolors, Acrylics, and Illustration & Visual Storytelling. Derek is also in his 8th year of teaching at Northwest College of Art & Design in Tacoma, WA.

 

His freelance work focuses on architectural drawings and paintings, catering to clients with custom home illustrations or renderings of businesses.
