Learn the heat based process of painting with pigment suspended in wax medium. In addition to using brushes and pigmented wax paint, we will be expanding our painting techniques to use griddles, irons, hot styluses and propane torches.

Artist & Teacher Betsy Schairer will provide basic encaustic supplies. guidance, and weekly demonstrations of techniques.
